Burglaries in particular have become the focus of greater media attention in recent years. According to statistics, there is a burglary every 3 to 4 minutes.
Our online training course on “Burglary protection measures” is one example of how we have worked with Gothaer to document specific know-how in the insurance sector. In the practical and application-oriented training, customer advisors can optimally prepare themselves for discussions with their customers and look up how to determine the risk step by step in order to conclude a contract.
Gothaer provides the content, IM|S supports with didactic and media expertise – and implements the online training with the Content Builder. Gothaer itself also uses the authoring tool to create its own online training courses on products and processes.
Gothaer has been an IM|S project partner since 2015.
